Group Coaching
Stop People Pleasing is a group coaching program for “good girls” who are sick and tired of being stuck in people pleasing and perfectionism.
Private Coaching
One-on-one work is best suited for people who want to work on a variety of topics and situations that may go beyond people pleasing and perfectionism.

The program content was applicable to all areas of life: relationships at home, at work, with friends, in the community. I enjoyed the alternating teaching/coaching weeks, and I liked the homework. I had no idea how much I was people pleasing until I joined your group! Really, it's astounding. I'm still processing everything I've learned. What I appreciated most was the action steps you gave us regarding having difficult conversations- that's something I'm avoiding doing in my own life because I don't want to hurt other people. You showed me how I'm hurting myself when I do that by not telling the truth. Thank you!

The 1:1 coaching call was the best! My biggest takeaway was how common this problem is. I loved hearing others be coached also. Something important I learned was to let go of some of my black and white thinking. It was also great to learn by example: both what Sara shared from her own life and from other students.

I started using your suggestions in my life and have actually been able to calibrate what I want to say and how I want to say it with direction now. There is nothing I would change about this course, it was brilliant. More of it, please! It was so nice to see how authentically you can bring this topic across. I most valued having a dedicated space each week just for me. As a coach myself, I'm holding space for others all day long, and it's a gift to have Sara hold space for me. I'm becoming someone more capable of naming, experiencing and processing my emotions. After taking this course, it's much more possible to have self-compassion. When I'm feeling a big emotion, it's much easier to ask myself, ’How does this make complete sense?’ I feel like in just a few short sessions I've already upleveled my own coaching just from being coached by Sara. My biggest takeaway so far is that I can be more effective when I'm willing to feel the feels, and that my emotions have invaluable insights to offer when I'm willing to listen. This class came at just the right time for me. After taking this course, I now see the many ways women are taught to be people pleasers. I notice it now in movies, books, and everyday life. My biggest takeaway was the “pause” statements to give me time to decide what I really want to do. I now feel able to handle the thought that I’ll be uncomfortable whether I say yes or no to a request. I can choose my discomfort and be honest with myself.
