Episode 1 - What is a Good Girl?

If you answered yes to any of these then you may be struggling with what I call “Good Girl Syndrome”. In this podcast episode we will explore this archetype and whether or not it is actually working for you. I will ask you questions that help you discover what you actually want and tell you how you can get it. And finally I will talk about how coaching can help you uncover what is happening when you experience these feelings, whether they are working for you, and what your other options could be.
